Title: How to update C-lightning (for testnet)

The following were tested in Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 16.04, some dependencies can be different in other distros.

screen -r
Crtl+C
git pull
./configure
make
strip lightningd/lightningd cli/lightning-cli
./lightningd/lightningd
Crtl+A, ctrl+D
check if all is ok: ./cli/lightning-cli getinfo
